I took my car to get a transmission replaced and today, 6 weeks later, they still have done nothing to fix my car! For weeks they held it hostage and would not allow me to pick it up and take it somewhere else to have it fixed. They called us this morning cursing us out and yelling to get the car off their property! Very rude people and I would avoid them at all costs! Crazy part is they had my brand new transmission, the work was approved to be paid for by my warranty and all we were waiting for is for them to preform the work! Never happened. We were met with excuse after excuse as to why they kept pushing it off! And to be cursed out simply because they didn't do the work when all we wanted was either the car or it finished is completely unprofessional!! Avoid this place like the plague it is!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone take their car there ever!!!!

I was replacing the water pump in my wife's Jeep and while putting everything back together one of the water outlet housing bolts broke in the block. Tried for days to get it out, to no avail, called Jamie Sims(Owner) and asked if he could get it done for me he said yes and had his rollback driver out at my house to get it that morning, and got it fixed and was able to pick it up when I got off work the same day. They did an awesome job and did it quickly and the best part is that the cost of the tow and doing the work wasn't outrageous and didn't break my wallet. Experienced, fast and knowledgeable. I rate them at 20⭐.
